help with 93 miata headlights
 

I just help repair a 93 miata that my brother inlaw gave my son. it was hit in the corners I pull out he dents and replaced the headlights. The problem is when you hit the switch they go up and back down and pop up alittle again. but they do not close all the way. can they be adjusted?
