Clunking clutch noise when stopping from slow speed

I have 2012 Miata with manual transmission and it has less than 10,000miles. I am hearing clunking noise when pushing the clutch to stopfrom relatively slow speed (between 5 and mph). An example iswhen looking for parking lot, in 1st gear, and speed is between 5-10mph, while entering into an empty lot, and pushing the clutch, pressing break, that's when I am hearing the noise.

I am not sure if this is normal or wanted to know if someone else has similar experience.

I just wanted to hear back some feedbacks.

Thanks.

For what its' worth I'm hearing a similar chirpy rattle sound coming from my Mazda5 when I press the clutch while I decelerate in 1st or 2nd gear. Almost like the engine/tranny is rattling against the mounts, like a chirping sound. I have a 2012 '5 with 27k miles. I plan to investigate more this weekend. Maybe something loose and vibrating - exhaust, exhaust manifold cover?
