*white face guages*

Does anyone have instructions for install of these reverse glow faces in a 2000 miata? I recieved a set without any installation instructions and vender tells me they do not have any......that I should take it and car to specialty installer[:@] Any help, tips and or pit falls to avoid would be appreciated!

Are they just gauge faces, or are they like the indiglo faces that have wires attached? If they are the indiglo type, they have to be spliced into the dimmer and the fuse block I think. If they are only white gauge faces, just make sure you replace the needles in the exact spot from which they moved.

RE: *white face guages*

I have the reverse glow (indiglow) type. I have installed them now.....and have discovered a few things that I did wrong. The wiring was actually the easiest part of install. I wired it to the dimmer at first, but the dimming function did not work properly. I then wired it to ignition terminal on rear of cluster and now only have full on or off using the pad switch that came with them. Replacing the indicators(guage needles) was very tricky! I now know a bit more about removing and replacing them[:'(] I appreciate your reply. I now understand that most suppliers of these faces do not include instructions. I wish I could have had some insite before begining the install....could have saved a lot of time!
