Hi, I'd subscribed to membership (£14.00 GBP) into the forum last year, I,m sure I should have recieved logo/site stickers for my car or am I wrong.
Can you please enlighten me on this issue.

No, sorry Daisy. There are no MG's for signing up here. We don't even have a Mazdaforum Boutique for t-shirts and such.
Are you saying you had to "pay" (£14.00 GBP) to be here? This is a free forum. I am unaware of anyone paying for membership, except sponsors of course.
