Some may notice that one is official , and the other was posted from a a member. little common sense and looking and reading everything on that posting may have been a clue ?
Also looking at the thread stater information. One is from an administrator while the other a member only. Also the date between the 2 suggested rules which clearly one is official and the other possibly only generic? Now I am not saying that at one time that member may have been a moderator I researched that and could not find that to be true? But that thread was also created
So # 2 while much more in detail unless the stated by the IB Staff directly it is more or less not really this forum guidelines.
I suggest for clarity to PM the VP before making assumptions.
I did report this thread specifically the last response in hopes of preventing more inaccurate information pertaining to this forum guidelines.

The bottom line is most VP's and administrators and moderators tend to let most guideline violations fizzle out on their own. Unfortunately, lately on this forum many members myself included have gone beyond reasonable responding in a negative fashion. So unless all the players just stop I suspect we will see a few bad players get more notification to stop or even the next step at eliminating the on going problematic members.
