2009 Mazda 6 wiill not turn over
 

Greetings from a newbie. I have a 2009 Mazda 6 that does not turn over. The headlights come on, blower motor works, interior lights work. No dash lights, tried jump staring it to no avail. Any suggestions would be most appreciated.
