2008 Mazda 5 sliding door won't close

Default 2008 Mazda 5 sliding door won't close
Door sounds like it's going to close but just doesn't latch.
Does anyone have any suggestions to what might be causing this problem?Tia.

It's both, it just won't connect in the hinge.
You here the motion of the connection , but just won't close .
Manually just won't close either.
