Wireless Headphones on 2011 CX9

Wireless Headphones on 2011 CX9
Hi all- newbie here!
I bought a 2011 CX9 GT this past weekend- love it!
However, I can't find my wireless headphones! My kids put a DVD in yesterday, and the thing was playing through all of the speakers. Upon reading the manual- I discovered that there should be wireless headphones with it that will prevent the audio from playing throughout the cabin.
So... i've torn the car apart, and can't find them- including underneath all seats, and in the tire jack compartment in the back... no luck. Am I missing a secret hiding spot?
Do the wireless headphones come with the GT, or are they something I'd need to purchase separately? I've called my dealership, and they're acting kinda clueless about where they are, or whether I should have rec'd them with the car... ?
