Default When locking doors, they lock then immediately unlock

I purchased a 2013 CX-9 that had been in a front end collision/deployed airbags. The car has been repaired - new airbags, bumper, seat belts, etc. For some reason the door locks don't "work". They lock, then immediately unlock. If I use the key fob, they lock fine. I can also use the key to lock and unlock the door. Anyone know why the doors keep unlocking?

Did you ever solve this? My 2013 is doing the exact same thing
