Out of no where last month my screen started cracking from all 4 corners which is making it difficult to read/see parts of the screen now and it is also starting to have "ghost touch" isses where it makes various functions happen with the screen without being touched. I checked with the dealership about any recalls for these issues but they say there are none.

 

Its a known concern & there is a Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) for this exact issue in my market. I would be surprised if Mazda USA didn't have a similar TSB. Maybe try another dealer.
