Default Toolbox app won't fully open
I have downloaded the Mazda Toolbox app onto my Windows 10 PC. It only partially opens and I cannot get past the End User License Agreement. I cannot maximize the screen. I have uninstalled and re-installed it. Also rebooted my PC to no avail. Just trying to update my navigation system for 2020 CX9. Any ideas?

I have the same issue.. How did you fix this

Angry I gave up
I tried to use this tool on Firefox, Chrome and Edge. Would not work. Taking my SD card with me to the dealer and will have them update it for me.
