Hi all, we are having a curious problem with our CX-9 and had the same issue with our previous CX-5 and I was wondering if anyone else is having the same issue. The sidings on both cars became disfigured after some time. We have not taken the car to car wash or anywhere else for wash/service (only Mazda dealership does our service). I have been looking at other CX-5 and CX-9 SUVs and none of them have this problem. We thought maybe someone has done this damage intentionally, but if they had, they would put marks and what not, it would be easily noticeable.
