Noisy brakes

I notice a squealing noise from the brakes area today when brake is applied all the way down to the floor. I suspect the pads but this happens when I am fully stopped and with tires not turning.

Anyone out there with similar issue? What could it be?

Thanks

Your question doesn't really make much sense. Why/how could it be the pads if the car is fully stopped?

When you say the pedal is "all the way down to the floor"; do you mean that the pedal is literally touching the floor or are you just using a manner of speech?

well, the sound is exactly like pad noise and it comes from the wheel area. when I apply the brake pedal down the noise comes around the last part of the pedal travel. (no it dose not touch the floor) if we assume the brake pedal travel scale of 1 to 10. (10 being the last part) the noise comes around 8.

This kind of noise is usually associated with pads but that's when the wheels are turning. But what puzzles me is that the same noise is coming without the wheels turning. I hope I am more clear now.
