Mazda CX9 paint if weak....

I keep finding white scratches on my car. I have the Black Cherry color, and I dont know where they are coming from. I'm afraid it could be the quality of the paint and finish they use on this new vehicle. I only have had it for 6 months. Normally if you would have a rub againstother cars there is no marks left, but this vehicleseems like there is noroom to have anything ding it or lean on it without leaving white scratches. When I touch it there is not a indented scratch feeling, I wash and try to rub it off ,but nothing it still remains. I am afraid when I turn the lease in that they are going to hammer me. Does anyone else notice this on the finish of theirs? And by the way my clock also looses time as well.
