When I turn off my Mazda 2014 Mazda CX-9, I see the green key light on the dash blink every second for about 10-15 seconds. Is this normal? What does it mean? I have checked around and am getting mixed answers on Google from a low or bad battery to a bad immobilized system. Should I be worried? Thanks.

 

I believe its just the system telling you the key is still inside the vehicle.

If in doubt, replace the fob battery, cheap peace of mind.
