Default Expectations buying a used 2014 Grand Touring CX-9

I am currently looking into buying a 2014 Grand Touring CX9. I have read that there have been some issues in regards to rotors and brakes. I have been attracted by the fact that it is sporty looking, has a beautiful interior and wonderful safety ratings. I am not one that changes cars often and have driven my last vehicle happily for over six years, i put on many miles - averaging 35k a year. Unfortunately we were hit and my Honda Odyssey was totaled. And any other car we probably would not have come out of it as unscathed as we did, so safety is top for me. With my children being more grown, I am happy to exit minivan life but still have the need for larger seating capacity. I want to ensure that I am purchasing another vehicle but I can drive to 230,000 plus miles. Is that a realistic expectation with this vehicle? Any tips, pointers and advise is welcomed!

The front brakes are known for shuddering/warping if driven hard on a constant basis.
Go for a road test at 60m/hr brake hard & see if you feel any vibrations thru the brake pedal &/or steering wheel.
