Have a 2012 CX9, has 110,000kms, recently been serviced.
My check engine light is being a bit temperamental. I was waiting in line at a gas station (was in drive) and the car stalled, I started the car (everything worked fine) and the check engine light came on. A few hours later the check engine light turned off automatically. A few weeks later I was back at the same petrol pump and the same thing happened. The car stalled while in drive, I started it again and the check engine light was back on. A few days later the check engine light went off again. I do want to say that I was waiting on an incline both times when this happened. Today, however I was stuck at the traffic light for a while and the car stalled and check engine light was back on again. This time the car was relatively flat on the road. Any thoughts on what might be happening here? The car runs fine, no loss of power.

Hook up a scan tool and read the fault code/codes.
