2013 CX-9 maintenance questions

Hi, me dealership recommended a few things for me to do for my 2013 CX-9, 55K miles:
1. AWD service: I was told it refers to front/rear differential and transfer case.
2. transmission flush.

My questions:
1. the user manual only said if the vehicle is driven in harsh condition, change rear differential at 30K miles, but never mention anything about the front differential, do I need to worry about the front differential?
2. the user manual also didnt mention anything about transmission fluid, the dealership asked me to look under "severe service" which I did, and still no words on transmission fluid, what gives?

thank you for your time.

Best,

The front differential ( correct name is PTO ) is a ticking timebomb. Changing the oil is a very good idea.

Also if you want the transmission to last changing the oil is a good idea.

thank you, grim_reaper, some follow-up questions if you don't mind:
1. what is the specs for the front diff fluid? I downloaded the manual and found it only has specs for the rear diff. oil which is SAE 80W-90 for 1.1 Qt, is it the same for the front diff oil?
2. the same manual talks about "automatic transaxle fluid", is that the same as the transmission fluid?

PTO takes
CASTROL SYNTRAX 80W-140

Engineered to provide protection at the extremes of high and low operating temperatures, it is our prime recommendation for rear axles used in competition, severe duty and long drain applications. Suitable for both limited and non-limited slip rear axles. SAE 80W-140, API GL5/6.
