2008 Mazda CX-9 broke down! What's wrong?

I was driving down interstate 400 this morning when I realized my car had no power and all dash lights were on. I was able to turn it back on and get to the right side of the road but it died again. It runs rough then turns off while blowing smoke. There were no warning signs before this happened, car was fine. Also it has 250,000 miles. I left a video attached so please let me know if you know what it could be.

Did you check the oil level?

When an engine quits, regardless of manufacturer, if it has an oil pressure light, it will always come on.

Okay, good to know. I'm kinda scared it's a thrown rod.

Typically if an engine has thrown a rod there will be a hole in the side of the block and oil all over the surface under the engine.
