2010 Mazda CX 7 Grand Touring. I have water flooding my drivers side floor boards when it rains. I discovered that water is not draining out of the sunroof drain tube. I tried snaking it and blowing air but neither worked. Does anyone know where the hose ends so I can attempt to unclog it from the bottom side? Any help is appreciated!

I can't confirm firsthand, but from what I can see in the workshop manual, ( it's not at all clear ) the front drain hose runs down the interior of the A pillar, and at about dash height it goes into the body frame, where it goes I don't know, it may drain down thru the framework, or it may poke out under the front guard/fender ( behind the plastic liner )
To remove this drain hose requires the removal of the hood lining nd the dashboard amongst other pieces.
To remove the rear drain hose, it runs down behind the C/D pillar and appears to poke thru the floor, behind the wheel arch.
The hole indicated by the red arrow is where the wiring loom goes thru the A pillar to the RHF door.
