timing belt or timing chain replacement

Hi.
I Just bought a second hand cx7 2007 that has done almost 190000 km. When i bought it he said it would need the timing chain replaced soon. Just wondering if i would be the timing chain or the timing belt that needs replacing. Thank you :)

2.3 Petrol Turbo is Chain
2.2 Diesel Turbo is Chain
2.5 Petrol NA is Chain.

Only reason you would replace the chain is if its noisy or stretched.
