New Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor, but now car won't go above 60mph...
Hello all,
I'm in the US. Recently, I posted being in search of a new fuel rail pressure sensor for my 2007 Mazda Cx7. Thank goodness the one I ordered this time worked, part 0261545074 to replace original 0261545006, as advertised by the EBay seller. So previous code at first with original sensor was P0192 and the car decided to throw a P2127 randomly as well, unsure if this was tied to the fuel rail pressure sensor issue. I broke the plastic end of the original, trying to remove it, but I used electrical tape and fitted it back together to see if same code appeared. No, then it threw a P0193 code, but i was waiting on my new sensor. Since installing the new sensor, I ran an active test, to check readings, and also cleared all DTCs. When I did that, I had no trouble codes. So I took it for a test drive and noticed that the tachometer would flutter some, without me pushing or letting go of the gas pedal. I thought it just needed to be driven a little. Then, when I tried to go up steep hills, the car would start to slow down a little, I would give it a little more acceleration, but I could only get to 52mph or so, though the tachometer reached 4000rpm, at one point, going that speed. I waited until I got to enough of a flat strip of road and pushed accelerator pedal to the floor. The car would no go above 60 at all, even on a straightaway, but tachometer would go above 3000rpm. I'm totally clueless as to what to address now because it did not display anymore trouble codes at all. Should I try the accelerator pedal? I purchased one already, but don't want to install it if that's not the issue.

I had time to rescan the car yesterday, and and the codes are p2122-FF, p2127-FF and p2128-FF. Would this be in relation to the two wire throttle position sensor? If so, has anyone had to perform a fix for this. This is a newer sensor i bought about a year and a half ago, hard to find, but I'm hoping not to spend $100 for it again.
