Mazda CX-7 2011 satnav update

Mazda CX-7 2011 satnav update
Hi,
just been looking on eBay for sd cards for a satnav update to avoid going to the dealer and taking out a mortgage. I can’t find any cx7 ones clearly because they don’t make them anymore, But would the ones on there work in my car? They say they’re for cx5’s but people with Mazda 2 & 3’s said they’ve worked perfectly in theirs. I don’t own a super modern car so don’t know if they’re only suited to later software. If anyone can help or suggest something other than a dealer to get my nav up to date then I’d appreciate it. I don’t like getting lost in the middle of nowhere!
