Exclamation Trouble codes

I've owned the SUV since 2014 and now has 82k miles. It consistently got 20 mpg on both the dashboard and calculator. It started running rough (slight hesitation and misfires) couple months ago so I took it into Goodyear. They replaced the wires, spark plugs, and two coils because the misfire codes were on #2 and 3 cylinders.

It still ran rough and gave the code for misfires on cylinder 2 so replaced the fuel injector. It did appear to be in bad shape but is old afterall. The mpg dropped to 19 on the dashboard.

It still ran rough with misfire codes for cylinder 4 so replaced the coils in 4 and 1. The mpg dropped to 18.5. It still ran rough and got the code shown below. The mechanic suggested putting a bottle of Seafoam in the tank, but the trouble code came back, probably the same. The dashboard still says 18.5 mpg but the calculator says 21.0.

The mechanic said the codes are not specific, so might have to replace the other fuel injectors for about $400 each. I mentioned that I get gas at Costco and he said that's bad because they don't add detergents to their gas. I'm not sure about that. What do you suggest I try next? TIA

I brought it in about six months ago for the airbag recall but didn't say anything about a software update. They really pissed me off when I made an appointment then was told they didn't have the new airbag and come back later. After a brief discussion with the service manager, I got a loaner. Wouldn't you know it, they found the part later in the day.

The check engine light went out about two days ago. It still seems to have a slight stutter (misfires) when going up a small slope and needs to downshift. It also has a slight shake when backing out of the garage. I read that it could be a leaking air filter container so still need to check that. I also noticed that the passenger side engine mount is leaking so probably not absorbing the vibrations from the engine. I was wondering if that was what I was feeling.

What's weird is that the dashboard says 18.5 mpg (including reset) and the calculator says 21 mpg at the gas station. What could cause the dashboard to suddenly become inaccurate after the tune up?
