Cx7 won't start with out starting fluid then dies

Cx7 won't start with out starting fluid then dies
I just bought a 07 cx7 for cheap cause the fob wouldn't work and they lost the key inside the fob I got the fob to work and the car to register the fob inside it to where the key turns and trys to crank but now the car will not start unless I use starting fluid and as soon as that runs out the car dies I have 1600 psi on the fuel pressure sensor car has spark and is throwing no codes at all scanner also says fuel system 1 is in OL-DRIVE I don't know if that would stop it from starting or if the emergency key being lost from the fob is the issue any help would be appreciated

So best to say that the key card/ fob needs the key that the person before I bought it lost so I need a new one
