Default ABS and traction control warning lights

The ABS and traction control warning lights come on when driven over 50mph, once stopped and re started they go out and as long as I don't go over 50mph they remain off any idea is it a speed sensor perhaps

From memory the tone ring is pressed onto the outer CV joint. I would doubt you can buy just the tone ring. FYI, I have seen one split before sending bad readings.

Did Mazda scan it for codes & inspect the vehicle?
