Default 09 cx7 problem...need recommendation

Greetings...have an 09 with 207500 mi...been smoking dark smoke for the past year after extended idling...believe the issue was the turbo...was thinking
about putting a new one in and run it another 100k or so...recently started smoking all the time but now white smoke...just did a compression check...
one at 150, two at 110 and one at 75....hmmmmm...looks like maybe a head gasket...
So it looks like the options are:
1) have the gasket and turbo replaced (may reveal more motor problems)
2) have the motor replaced (putting a used motor in a 200k+ frame?)
3) put tons of additives in the oil and coolant and drive it down to the wrecking yard.....or....
4) ???

Comments/Recommendations?
Thanks
Tom

Low compression can be a head gasket, also burnt valves or worn piston rings.

At that milege, its done its financial dash, spending a couple of thousand dollars on a rebuild or a 2nd hand engine & turbo of unknown condition doesn't make financial sense.

It might be better to save your money, ditch it & buy something newer.
