USB ports will not charge and fuses ok

 

Need to provide more information, what year, MZD ver? Carplay or Android Auto phone model and version.

 

If you don't have CarPlay or AndroidAuto installed the USB ports in the CX-5 do not provide enough current (amps) to charge most phones. And if you do have CarPlay or AndroidAuto installed only the top USB port will charge the phone properly.
