Toolbox will not open in latest Windows 10 PC.

Default Toolbox will not open in latest Windows 10 PC.

I have used Toolbox previously to update my Maps. I downloaded a new version and when trying to open it on my Windows PC, nothing happened.

Tried the Old Version, and same thing, nothing would open. Does anyone else have this issue and a fix?

How did you start the Toolbox? I just tried mine and it works fine. I'm using Win10 and navigated to, C:\Program Files (x86)\Mazda\Toolbox. Double clicked on tbagent. The program checked for updates, didn't find any, and started up asking me to insert the SD card.

The issue is I cannot get the Toolbox File to Extract and install on my PC. I just updated my PC to the Latest Windows 10 Version last week. May be the issue? The file says it is opening and then nothing. Never installs?

My PC updated to the latest Win10 version last week as well.

Perhaps you can find some help here?

I have tried both Files, and neither will Extract after Opening, so Toolbox never gets installed. Have OEM Card as well, not aftermarket.

Not sure if you have tried it or not, but redownload the Toolbox file from the website. You might have a corrupted download and that may be the cause of it not installing. I have experienced this with other Windows programs I have downloaded. Not sure if this is the answer but it may be worth trying.

Thanks, have tried at least 5 times and same issue. Even spoke with Customer Support. They opened a Case.

Just grasping at straws here but have you tried to clear your browsers cache before downloading the new file?
