You might want to go to the Mazda website and download the Cx-5 Navigation Owner's Manual.

You can't use sim card for use as internet, you have to make wifi hotspot on your phone.

Sim card slot? There's only one slot for any type of card and it's a slot for a SD card for Navigation. The other two 'slots' are USB ports.

On newer CX-5s the slot for the SD Nav card is in the cubby just in front of the shifter, below the HVAC controls. You should see the two USB ports and next to these you should see the cover for the SD card. That cover is hinged on the bottom, So all you need to do is to pull out on the top of that cover and you'll see the SD card reader slot underneath.

As BWJ stated, you'll have to use your phone as a hot spot to connect to the internet. Some of the newer CX-5 models have an internet connection but I don't think that the 2019 models have this.
