Service soon indicator over a month before?
One of my peeves about Mazda's is that the "Service Soon" indicator comes on over a month before it should. I leased a 2020 CX5 on June 17, 2020, and have about 1640 miles, yet today I have the "service soon 15 days" message when I start the car. Does this turn on because the car actually needs maintenance (sensor detects oil needs replacing), or is it just a function of time and/or distance (time since last service, distance since last service)? If it's the latter that doesn't make any sense since the car isn't close to 5000 miles, and it's over a month to 5 months since I leased it.
Thanks!
