Hi, I recently bought a used CX-5 Sportive (2023) with a built-in Qi wireless charging pad. When I try to charge my Samsung S21, the light is flashing red. Meanwhile, I tried it with a S21 and S24 of my colleague, same issue. When placing the iPhone of my brother in law, it turns green and starts charging. Any thoughts on this?

Hi Lobstah, thank you so much. By reading the document I found out that my NFC needs to be turned off. Very strange kind of a workaround, but then it worked. Hope this is not the final solution, as I use my NFC pretty frequently. Will ask my dealer, but thanks for sharing!

Yes, in my previous car (Kia Niro) my nfc was always on too, and there it always worked fine. That's why I see turning off nfc as a workaround, hope my dealer will do so as well and know how to fix it (I'm still in a 1 year guarantee period).
