Default Playlists not showing up

Not sure what's happening, but here's the details. This is a brand new 2018 CX-5 Grand Touring with Premium package.

I copied my entire music collection, around 12,000 songs, from my desktop PC (Windows 7) to a 64 gb memory stick. Plugged it into the USB port in the Mazda, all was great. Had Playlists showing up, etc.

I decided to re-do the memory stick because there were about 30 albums I didn't want anymore, plus I wanted to re-do the Playlists and eliminate some old versions. I cleared the memory stick, re-transferred my music library, plugged it back into the USB port in the Mazda, and the Playlists are no longer there. The Root Menu shows nothing. I re-did the memory stick 2 more times thinking I did something wrong, but I cannot get the Root Menu to appear properly (photo attached). I cleared the memory stick again and just copied 2 albums and the Playlists, and it worked perfectly, Playlists appeared. But when I transfer the entire library (about 34 gb), the Playlists and the Root Menu don't work.

Any ideas? Am I doing something wrong loading copying my Music folder to the memory stick, or is there some setting I need to change?

Thanks in advance!
