Passenger seat wiring harness connector
 

Does any one know how to disconnect the male/female wiring harness connector for the passenger seat on a 2019 CX-5. I am trying to remove the seat. I have disconnected hundreds/thousands of these before but this one has me stumped and I do not want to damage the wires. if you have pictures that would be great.
