Unhappy Need Newer Maps for 2013 CX-5

I have a 2013 CX-5 Touring with Navigation NB-1. The TomTom website states that they no longer support this Car. My SD Card has been corrupted. Have a newer mapset that I could get a copy of? I have called Mazda and TomTom and they both give me the not my problem response...

Thank you,

Mike Holliday

From what I've been told by Mazda, a second hand card from another CX-5 won't work. But ring your local Mazda wrecker and ask if its worked for them.

If you login into your Tomtom account and insert your SD card, what happens?

I've heard of people downloading their current maps onto a blank SD card. If that works you can then update the new card maps.

I can format an SD Card in the Car with the Reader, but when I try to get the Maps from TomTom it states that they no longer
Support this Map Program due to age 2013. (Not Exact words). I got almost the same response when I called Mazda.

I have purchased a new car and would like to get this resolved so that I can sell it.

This is all from the Australian arm of Tomtom. It mentions Mazda NB-1 system. Can't see why a North America map from Tomtom Australia wouldn't work.

https://www.tomtom.com/en_us/in-dash-navigation/nb1/ This a link to Tomtom USA. I assume you issue is actually the SD card itself, and not the available updates?

I have a 2014 which is still being supported apparently. My SD card became corrupted last year and I just got another blank card (I used a 16 gig card) and restored the data from my backup made in the TomTom Home program. If you have a backup, it might be worth a try.
