I recently purchased a 2017 CX5 with navigation and the additional package. I drive it a lot, therefore I am always using the Waze app on my phone. Does anyone know if there is a way to get the Waze app to come through the Mazda navigation. Someone recently told me about it app called Navi bridge. I tried it, unfortunately I couldn't get it to work

 

I think you would need Apply Carplay/Android Auto for that. It really frustrates me that Mazda doesn't have that. How much does it cost? $20 per car licensing?

 

Don't know about Carplay, but Android Auto has a hardware requirement that the Mazda unit might lack.

 

Sorry to bring up this thread again. Were you able to get the NaviBridge app to work with your navigation system?
