Maybe when you ask for help in the future change your approach? I am sure as their customer at that dealership had you gone to the dealership someone would have at least verbally given some information to help you with the cabin filter. But over the phone you are just another person wanting free handout.


All kidding aside geegwk now that I know your age if you were a customer of mine and asked help on a cabin filter I would have installed it FREE!

 

Fat fingers can impact keyboarding, but they don't change automotive master technician to mechanic.
And having older and similar sized digits myself, they do not impact one's ability to change a cabin filter either

 

Dropped by the local Brakes Plus store & they were very helpful in showing mr how to install the cabin air filter. Now that's good customer relations.
