Mazda dealer experiance
After trying for over a year to buy a new Mazda CX5 Carbon edition and being jerked around and price gouged i went to Horn Mazda in Tempe Arizona and bought a 2023 . Horn Mazda treated me right and gave me the right price and was a pleasure to deal with. They were the most pleasant professional and honest Mazda dealer in Arizona. They had the vehicle in sock and didn't try to overcharge me. I went to every other Mazda dealer in a 50 mile radius ,and all the rest were not as pleasant, easy to deal with or priced right. If anyone wants to buy a Mazda in Arizona , I would very highly recommend Horn Mazda in Tempe AZ .
Congratulations on your new Mazda. It is great they you finally found a dealership you are comfortable with. Hopefully the problems with the other dealerships was related to the supply chain and not that they were all jerks.
There are an infinite number of postings about bad dealers on forums like this.
It's always nice to see a positive comment on any dealership that gives satisfaction to its customers.
Thanks for posting and enjoy your Mazda.

Generally, forums are a place that most of the time complaints, negative comments, and bad reviews then actual reality. It is very refreshing to have a new MAZDA owner post POSTIVE experience from a dealership.
Thank you for posting a positive experience!

Some of the more successful businesses are like that. We used to have a Chevy dealer here in town that had a business model of selling people ONE vehicle. There is another dealer who has acquired several other dealerships by being like the one you dealt with. The owner is retired now but he started as a Dodge only dealership. He now owns dealerships for Chrysler, Dodge, Ford , Chevrolet, GMC, Mitsubishi, Fiat and Alfa Romeo. He also would take vehicles that sat too long on the lot at other dealers and move them. His business model was to cut a little off the price, make it easy for you to give him money and follow up with good service.
By giving you good service, it also pays off in free word of mouth advertising.

Everett Wa Mazda was excellent too. I got minne thru the Costco progam last feb. Pick your car. $500 over invoice, ($2k below mazda window sticker), $140 doc fee, no sales tax (I live in a tax free state). Boom! Here's your keys. I kept waiting for the "catch". I wrote a check for $37,100 for aCX-9 22 touring, drove away happy. Yes it CAN BE THAT EZ!!! Its a 9 but they were doing same deals on 5s also. Just didnt want cylinder deactivation or I would have got a 5.

My recent experence with Horne Mazda was not positive. I purchased a Cabin Air Filter from Amazon. I could not figure how to instal it, so I called Horne to ask if I could come by & have someone show me how to instal. The rep was quite abrupt indicating that I had to remove the door, etc, etc. He didn't seem to be willing to have me come in for assistance. Expected a lot better from a Mazda dealer.
