Default Low speed braking sound

Hello,

I have an issue with a 2019 CX-5 2.5 petrol. I mention up front that the discs and pads were changed less than 8k km ago, and the brake fluid less than 30k km ago. The car has 98k km.

A few days ago I started to hear a sound when braking at low speeds; I still can't figure out if it's metal sound (caliper, disc, disc guard), or fluid sound (brake fluid or something else). I checked the brake fluid, it is level.

Here is a video of the car with the sound: https://imgur.com/a/mWHdKkU

Thank you.

Like every other technician, those who work on brakes can make mistakes too.
Even new parts can be defective and/or fail.
Best to get it checked out at the dealership or the local automotive shop you're best familiar with.

While the video is great to provide, it is still a bad representation of sounds. Because it is a BRAKE concern/question of SAFETY it needs to be checked ASAP.
My "GUESS" is that they did not do the fluid replacement correctly having to do with the ABS? but that is only a GUESS! Based on that you did not mention any braking performance only sounds?

Thank you.

Did you ever find out what the issue was. I’m experiencing this now.

As advised to the OP take it to your local dealer.

The video as well each individual service condition is generally different and no 2 vehicle have all the same set of circumstances. in this case the OP had his brake parts replaced. DID YOU? And if you did the question would be did both you and the OP use the same exact brake parts?

Go to a dealer and get your Mazda looked at don't rely on a car forum to solve a brake problem.... Safety First!
