Hello ALL!

First time poster here. I am in the market to buy a used (preferably certified) 2016 cx-5 GT or T. Would like to have the safety and tech features (BSM/rear cross traffic/back up cam/navi). A couple of points/questions:

- I have not seen many used cx-5s with parking sonars (front or rear). Can these be added on later?
- What is a good price for a used or certified with 20k-30k? Will waiting another 2-3 months help bring the prices down? There are lot of off lease and demo/loaners with tech packages coming into the market. I am in the DC metro area.

Any input would help.

In regard to your first question, those can be added. If Mazda won't do it with its parts, there are aftermarket ones available that work as well as the OEM ones.

Can't help you with the second question, I bought a certified 2014 GT equipped pretty much the same as you are describing two years ago and paid $21k for it with 18,000 miles on it..
