I have a 2014 Mazda CX-5, all turn indicator lights work, but left side flashes really fast, any ideas on what the issue is?

 

Bad bulb in that circuit. Check for dim exterior bulbs.

Any towbar wiring installed? So all three bulbs are working?

 

Did you didn't put an LED in that circuit by chance? If so, you might have hyperflash.

thanks for the response, there is no tobar or electrical wiring, an all three bulbs are working. I took it to the dealer, they spent two hours on it and couldn't find what was wrong.

How does it flash if you turn on the emergency flashers?

If the wiring is correct and you are using the correct bulbs with nothing else attached to that circuit, I would concentrate on finding something wrong in the grounding of the fast flashing side. It wouldn't hurt to replace the flasher module which shouldn't cost much and is generally a user accessible item (though I haven't done it on my CX5), but I would think that it's more likely in the wiring.
