Question How to tell if I have the latest version
Have the following - OS ver.: 70.000.367 NA N, Music Database ver.: 00.09.000 and Fail-Safe ver.: 70-00-367.

How to I find out if these are the latest versions and if not, where to download the latest?

MyMazda -- create an account, there, then you'll find a number of resources for owners.

Mazda Connect & Navigation Support -- you'll find info on updating your system to the latest, along with instructions related to updating.

Download Mazda Toolbox, take the SD Card from your vehicle and follow insatractions.

Toolbox /SD card dont tell anything about HMI SW ver., card is only navigation

No, it shows Map Updates. I just update a week ago. New Update was available. Otherwise ask Dealer to do it for you.
