Have any of you had trouble getting your Homelink to program to your garage door? I have followed the instructions and no joy! I have a 2019 GT with the GT package. I also have a 2019 Honda Ridgeline and it programmed in 10 seconds. I have 2 handheld openers and they work flawlessly. Could I have a defective Homelink System?

 

Could be, my 2019 GT linked up almost immediately. No issues.

 

One thing to try is to hold the I and III buttons in together for about ten seconds or until the lights flash quickly and go out. In the event someone programmed it prior to you buying it, this will clear the memory in the unit. Then try programming it.
