Exclamation Fail with replacing Upstream o2 sensor High fuel consumption pough RPM

Hello Everyone!
I'm newbie at Auto industry and on forum, and i as well understand that i did a lot of mistakes so don't throw rocks at me)
Purchasedcar on 101thousand
3 months ago my car passed 125 thousands and i thought it will be good idea to replace plug sparks, I replaced them with NGK sparks but added not enough effort so my first ride was really rough with 18l/100km when i came home there was fire in our building (my apartment was fine) because of that i ride at that conditions for around 75-100 km.
after i purchased torque wrench and re-installed plug sparks in right way, car start to drive just normal but fuel consumption was around 10l instead of desired 8
i decided to replace them with new plug sparks , it's became just a bit better.
So i purchased Maf sensor cleaner and cleaned it and it still was higher than usual.
next step was to clean upstream o2 sensor and it was really dirty I cleaned it very nice and carefully in the end using maf cleaner to take out all residue.
Next week i tried to install in proper way but always fail my fuel consumption was always bad and i felt co2 in my car.(drove like that another 400-500)
after some research i understood that problem in my situation was crush washer as it's became damaged for a long tim of usage.
I purchased new sensor from NTK came to one of the services at the city (i was sick and tired of this situation) they installed it and told that it's fine if fuel consumption will be a bit higher than usual as computer need time to adapt so I did 2000 and fuel consumption was still higher (10-11l/100km instead of 8)
during this period i used "royal purple direct injection cleaner " every 2nd or 3rd tank as don't want carbonizing of exhaust and fuel system(on sport mode etc.)
and now i see that my rpm became rough arrow can just hold on 1900 and also my idle is around 550-600 on gear and 700 on parking what is less than in a very beginning.
i purchased my iCar OBD2 scanner and i can see that my Commanded valve purge in idle is 27-30% and if i lightly press on accseleration up to 900 rpm its decreasing to 5-7%
as well as my catalyst Evaporative system and Oxygen sensor can't pass emission test at Car Scanner program. and sometimes my engine do misfires
today i took out o2 sensor it's perfectly clean i instaled it with 24 ft-pound as it was already installed my car had a huge power loss , i de-install it and installed it with 32 it's became better but still bad, i took it out and installed with 30 gave it 3 minutes and installed with 37 ft-pd
now it's almost fine but after i drove 30 km still error in emission catalyst and o2 sensor and commanded purge valve still 27% in idle.

I was on Mazda service they said everything okay , i was on 2 different services they told everything fine (i spent 500 for nothing) all what they did it's plastic damage under the hood .
please tell me what should
I dont feel exaust inside car , and i know that shouldn't do all of that by myself but I learned that lesson already, and now just asking for help because mechanics in my city ignores my problem including mazzda but i definetely want to resolve it . please tell me whe re to watch or what information i need to provide to clarify situation.
