Have you ever seen ANY manufacturer publish such info? Neither have I.

I am sure you are right.

I was thinking maybe Mazda might be different than the others, but I guess I was just being naïve.

Sure go look what the OEM cooling system thermostat for your MAZDA engine is and lets say it is 195F then subtract a estimated 37.5f for fun so at max heat you should get that approx. value plus or minus 20.0999f degrees or so coming out of your upper vents not lower because then I would have to think about that a little more.
Now this may only work if you don't live in a place that the temperature drops below zero which would even effect the engines coolant temperature's and you may not get as much hot air blowing from the vents. But then I have been told on this forum a few times that I am full of hot air so pay no attention to my response....

I have never seen for a HVAC for none AC temperature specification for a Dailey driver from any automaker ever, not saying there is not one just have never seen it. Maybe I never needed it , EVER!
