Well I guess I jinxed myself lol. One of my ballasts went out today! I've had pretty good customer service in the past with these guys on warranty claims, so I'm not too worried about it (knock on wood). Hopefully they will get back with me soon!

 

Just installed some DDM this week as well. They take way too long to ship those things!

About that.... So apparently the ballast is fine. I literally was about to take it out, pack it up, and ship back to them on Monday. But I figured o what the heck, I'll check it one more time. I turned the lights on, BOTH WORKED. My guess is moisture got in there and then dried up.

 

Just ordered mine, could someone post some pics of where they attached the ballast? I'm just curious. Just bought a 2014 touring.

 

Mine arrived last night. Hopefully I will get to the install this weekend.

 

my girl just bought 2015 CX-5 sport last night and she want me to install HID like on her old car. my question is i looked up on sylvania for replacement bulbs but they don't have 2015 yet. i looked on the bulb real quick in the showroom before we drove it home and looks like H11 to me, can someone confirm this? she has the old ballast and i will just purchased the HID bulb and reused the ballast and relay harness.
