Once a month go to turn on AC and it does not turn on ( does NOT blow anything ) than turn it off / back on works fine
To be clear when it does not work it does not blow AT all

 

When you manually change the fan speed does it do anything? What about changing the position to blow at your face instead of the floor? If you leave it on auto then it will take time to kick on in the morning since the car has to heat up in the winter and in the summer the A//C needs time to start cooling.

Your post is a bit confusing?? are you saying you actively turn on your AC once a month? What is the reason for that? Also how often do you use the defrost settings?
