CX-5 2014 awd

I have 30000 miles on a 2014 CX-5 awd 2.5
Issues so far are these--- Rear brakes went at 30000 and front brakes still good. This is unusual as fronts are the first to go in most cars. I saw a tech alert on this and some Madza dealer are fixing but that is a up hill battle.
Road noise is rough on these cars . Wind and tire noise a lot bigger deal that on my other cars. Factory tires went at 25000 and new tires did not help much.
Mileage is at 22 in town and you can get 29 on highway is you drive under 60 . You does that?
At 75 you will only get 22 mpg. This is as expected.
We had a nock in the front drive axles when you do a full turn. Madza took it in and added some grease to quiet it down.
I am worried this will come back later in life as this really sounds like bad cvc bearings. We will see as the knock is back.

Ask the dealer to take a close look at the front hub bearings. It's not common but they have had a few failures. This would explain both the alleged road noise and the knock.

I believe the factory tires are rated around 30k-36k so new tires now is not unheard of. I'm a little bit of a enthusiastic driver myself and tend to wear out tires and rear brakes quicker than others.

There are a few known issue for front suspension noise on CX-5s, all are from my local RHD market.

1) Rack ends/ inner tie rods rubbing on the steering rack, at full lock.

2) Interference between the front springs & bump stops.

3) Faulty/ damaged/ worn out Top hat bearings on the front shocks/struts.
