Buzz at startup

A half-second 'buzz' is noticeable now on this 2014 GrandTouring. Have not noticed it before; merely a relay of some kind perhaps?

My iPhone does that if I've got it connected to the 12v charging port. First few times it happened I thought it was the car.

Interesting suggestion, Paris. Mine's an Android cheapie, but it may respond the same.
