Unhappy Bizarre interior noise when back windows down

Ok folks, this may sound crazy....but here goes.

I have noticed when I have the back windows partially down (for the dog), with the front and sunroof closed, there is a deafening sound in the interior of the car that literally hurts and creates pressure build up in my ears. The ONLY way to get rid of this noise is to open the sun roof and slightly open the front windows or.....close the back windows up. It almost feels like there is a change in pressure within the inside of the car. It isn't as obvious at speeds of 15-25 mph....but is deafening and anything over 30 mph.

Can anyone tell me what may be going on here?? I have never experienced this with any car I have owned.

I would of said that would be normal in almost any vehicle.

Yes i have noticed this in many of my vehicles. Yes the sound is weird at about 1/2 way down. Don't open the windows as much or crack open a front window.

Same here - I've experienced this on many vehicles.

If you have a moonroof opening it will help relieve the pressure, otherwise you need to crack another window.
